Finding Joy in the Journey
Royce helped advocate for peer-to-peer mentoring language that was included in NC House Bill 257 and passed into law as Session Law 2026-41.
From youth councils to state policy, Royce brings young people into the rooms where decisions are made. Her work spans civic engagement, NAMI board service, and student leadership — always with the belief that youth voices belong at every table.
See Her WorkRoyce speaks to inspire action — not just applause. She encourages young people to find their voices, overcome fear, and step into opportunities they never thought possible. Her message is personal, practical, and deeply human.
Learn MoreArt, poetry, Scouting, hiking, camping, and cultural exploration — Royce believes that creativity and adventure are not extras, they are essentials. Her Eagle Scout journey and artistic practice both reflect the same truth: growth happens outside your comfort zone.
