Royce's academic path reflects her belief that the most powerful leaders are also the most effective communicators. Her English and Communications major sharpens her ability to craft compelling narratives, analyze complex ideas, and connect with diverse audiences. Her Business Administration minor gives her the strategic and organizational tools to turn vision into action.
Royce Allegretto is a creative and courageous young leader who believes life is meant to be explored—and that every person has the power to make a difference.
Whether she is speaking, creating art, serving her community, or heading down a new trail, Royce brings optimism, curiosity, and a desire to help others discover what they can accomplish.
Her most visible achievement to date came when she helped advocate for peer-to-peer mentoring language that was included in North Carolina Senate Bill 257 which passed into law as, Session Law 2026-41. That experience — watching youth voices shape real legislation — confirmed what Royce had always believed: young people don't just deserve a seat at the table. They deserve to help build it.
Royce also earned the rank of Eagle Scout, Scouting America’s highest achievement, and serves as a NAMI board member, helping advance mental-health awareness, education, and support within her community. She is currently studying English and Communications with a minor in Business Administration.
Royce’s goal is a big one: to inspire millions of people and help change the world.

Leadership means showing up for your community—even when it is hard. For Royce, service is not an activity; it is part of who she is.

Creativity is essential. Through art and poetry, Royce explores ideas, understands the world, and connects with others.
Courage
Growth begins beyond your comfort zone. On the trail or before lawmakers, Royce believes courage means moving forward despite fear.
Looking Ahead
Royce's goal is simple, and enormous: inspire millions of people and help change the world. She intends to pursue a career at the intersection of communications, advocacy, and public service — using every tool at her disposal, from policy to poetry, to make that goal a reality.
